We built a pizzeria on a mini truck.

We use only the finest ingredients in our pizza. As supporters of American agriculture, most of the ingredients we source are grown in the USA, local if possible.

Pizza is a harmony.

It starts with the dough. We hand make our dough and allow it to rest for 36-48 hours. It undergoes a slow fermentation which makes our dough incredibly flavorful and easily digestible. It bakes and chars beautifully in our wood burning oven.

Our tomatoes are amongst the best that come from California. They are hand milled for texture. We let the tomato shine.

Our fresh mozzarella is crafted in Brooklyn by a family owned business.

All other toppings are produced or grown locally when possible.
